I need new clothes and am rubbish at shopping. Help please

I need a couple of easy to wear but brilliant work dresses, and some skinny jeans that aren't too skinny.

I'm 10 on bottom and 8 on top, nice arms and legs but absolutely no boobs.

I'm a bit tight but feel I should give a little bit of budget to this, as I'm always so bad at shopping and end up by skirts in sainsbury's!

Any advice/ links very gratefully received.
