Have bought a dress which is a bit on the short side...

It looks good with opaque tights but I'm wondering about extending it's wear into the spring/summer.

I've never been a legging wearer but are they still acceptable under a dress? I've got good legs really (am tall) but my knees are 40 years old this summer.

Or am I just going to have to accept that I probably won't be wearing it in the warmer weather?

if your legs are good then wear it with attitude

if not so confident then wear with leggings or skinny jeans

Will try to develop some 40 years old and don't care attitude between now and then.

Hey I have 42 going on 43 year old knees and still look ok Wink But tbh I do wear leggings under short dresses nowadays. Go for it!

An alternative is to wear a slightly longer skirt in the same colour.
