Anyone Use Heated Rollers??

If so, what are the results like?
I have medium length medium-thick hair and love it being curly.
I use a Babyliss Curling Wand which is fab but doesn't give any root lift, which I presume you get with the rollers??
Also thinking of getting the Babyliss Root Boost for, er, root boost. Has anyone been brave enough to try this? (thought might be weird on a windy day if the top layers of hair blew upwards to reveal semi-crimped locks...)

if you can get the hang of them rollers are the best. the bigger ones give volume so it can be a bit annoying that you run out of the big ones on normal ie babyliss roller sets. I don't know if you can get sets that have just the big rollers. the thing about rollers is that the curl lasts because the hair heats and cools down before you take it out which gives a much longer lasting curl.

I don't know about the babyliss root boost - sounds like a lot of fuss when you could just backcomb
