Lots of threads I know but loads were asking how it was on short hair . I have jaw length fine flyaway hair in an angled bob - takes ages to blow dry full but smooth normally - got the big brush and am now good to go in 5 mins!

Ooh thanks for that, jaw length graduated bob here too and was waiting to see if anyone with shorter hair liked it. I'm off to order!

I've just had my hair cut into a short bob and bought a babyliss big hair after reading about them on here.
I got mine in Robert Dyas of all places - it was on special offer with £10 off.
It is a bloomin brilliant gadget! So so easy to use and makes me look like I've just been to the hairdressers. I LOVE it.

I have that style (graduated bob) but thick, fairly coarse hair - would it be any good for that?

Blessings3 · 04/02/2011 13:35

Stillfrazzled cant see why not - lots of people with thick hair love it - It was just my length I was worried about and its fab - very easy just to pep it up a bit as well for going out when I would usually have to wash and completely blow dry

OP - I second that. I was a bit anxious when I ordered the Big Hair as my very fine hair is in a short bob as well but I'm so delighted with the results.
I mentioned it to my hairdresser this week and she said she's got one too!! Must be good if a professional has one at home.
Recommend to everyone. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT
