Family wedding to go to HELP!

I am 40, mother of 4 dd and we are all (including dp) off to his neices wedding in April, very glam. Have found this dress, having spent a fortune at ilovegorgeous for my girls, is it glam? What sort of shoes, colour and style? Or can you recommend something better (dont do embellishment)! Many thanks look at this

The dress is lovely, and perfectly glam IMO. I'd go with black shoes, some kind of short gold necklace, understated earrings and a feathery black fascinator.

I think it's glam enough - if you're slim it will look great, otherwise I'd maybe go for something less patterned.

I'd go with black shoes and clutch, agree on the simple jewellery (maybe picking out the greeny hue of the pattern with some simple earrings).

Will the day necessitate a hat or fascinator? If not I'd leave that out. There's a lot going on with the dress, you don't want to over-do it.
