Can anyone recommend a hair dresser/ salon in Southampton?

I would like to find a salon where a haircut isn't much more than £35.
I'd also like to find somewhere that I will want to return to as I am hoping to have a shorter style that will need regular cuts.

Any suggestions?

I lived in Hedge End for 6years until recently & all the yummies at my boys' school used Vanilla Rooms in Hedge End village. Sorry if that's a bit too 'suburbs' for you.

Is that attached to Browns, 3GB? If so, I used to have treatments there and people always left looking ok.

I go to Michelle in Gaudions, Bishop's Waltham, who is amazing, but maybe a bit too rural for you.

I am fairly central and want to go when dd at preschool. ALthough I could do a week end.

VR isn't attached to Browns as far as I know. Browns is good too. Hedge End is Junction 7 off M27 so super-easy to get to...

I used to go to Lisa Edwards on Southampton high street and have Andrea - not sure if she is still there but she was so good I commuted back for haircuts for a good while after I moved away! Might have been a touch more than £35 as I think she is quite senior but have a look?
