Bought a jacket in their sale, delivered today and has marks all over it (make up, dust, who knows what)

really not very nice. Will be returning it to them (have to pay the postage grr) Why would they send something out like that when it so obviously is marked!!!

the shoes I ordered seem fine though.

Oh dear.
I would be asking them to pay for the return postage out of goodwill. They can only say no and most places wouldn't do that without good reason. It's stil a PITA to go to the Post Office however!

I bought some shoes and was really impressed with their speedy service. Ordered after 3pm on Thurs and received on Friday.

if it's faulty, which it obviously is, they have to pay the postage. Call them and tell them to send you a free returns slip, or get them to have it collected

Will call them tomorrow, only have an email address but I know they exist! You are right, they should pay the return postage. Shoes are fine so I think just a blip.
