Help me find (cheap) trousers/jeans

.. that actually flatter me.

I think I'm about a size 18, obviously that changes depending on store (41-36-43 are my measurements) and I'm really short (4'10") which does tend to mean that flared trousers will have to be taken up so much that they are usually no longer flared.

I have barely any money at the moment so really do need dirt cheap stuff but hate wearing jogging bottoms (will only wear them when period pain leaves me no other option), at the moment I own one pair of jeans, one pair of jogging bottoms and one skirt. :( I put on a lot of weight very quickly. And am staying on peoples floors so it's proving difficult to get washing done as often as needed - so I'm staying in the same clothes far longer than I'd like to :( My confidence is rock bottom at the moment.

There's a (not particularly great) picture of me here

Charity shops!

Last year I was just poking around in my local MIND shop and someone had donated 4 pairs of really trendy jeans in an 8 short!!!!!!!!!!

2 of the pairs still had the shop labels in and the other 2 were barely worn.

3 pairs were jeans (1 was Miss Sixty, 1 was Top Shop and 1 Dotty Ps) and 1 was thick, well stitched Top Shop jeggings.

I guess someone had just fallen pg and knew they wouldn't fit anymore.

"Yes please Mr Monkey" I said.

I think I paid £15.00 for the lot.

Result.

Charity shops are a little hit and miss, and I can't really manage to walk around many (mobility issues) :(

There are always LOADS of jeans on ebay and the non-name brands (i.e. New Look, Primark etc) go for next to nothing.

This is just a really quick search:

Per Una (their jeans are OK!) for £1.99+£2.99 delivery

Peacocks 75p+£2.75 delivery

New without tags, Dorothy Perkins 99p+£3.49 delivery
