Needs recommendations on Boots from Australia please

Hello - lovely Mum is on her way to Australia, I've asked her to bring me some boots back I seem to think there are some that are supposed to be 'better' than Uggs...can anyone help with the name please.

There are lots of generic sheepskin boots around, from ultra-cheapies in K-Mart to very expensive ones (tend to be in touristy areas like the Rocks in Sydney). I don't think they're branded, it's just a case of you get what you pay for.

I think the Rocks market on the weekends has some hand-made ones - I got DD a lovely baby pair but I think they also do adult sizes.

Actually if she's going to Melbourne, there's a huge market there called (I think) Victoria Market. I am ashamed to admit this in Style & Beauty but I got some excellent sheepskin clogs there for about $50 - they are perfect for nipping out with the rubbish on winter nights.

Most places do the version of Ugg but Ugg is American these days. You can get original uggs in high end department stores like David Jones and touristy areas. You are likely to get Emu which is a good make.

But you can get those here in the UK so compare prices before your mum takes up that much space in her case.

Thanks - it's one that I 'think' offers a bit more support to your feet, so not a totally flat sheepskin boot, I've got to out now, and won't be back til tonight - I'm not being rude and ignoring your answers!
