like them in the chocolate, not so keen on black

Mum2girls · 10/10/2005 16:09

v.nice - guess you'd need to have quite long legs (unlike my good self)

Scientologist · 10/10/2005 16:11

dislike I'm afraid

LadyTophamHatt · 10/10/2005 16:15

Blossomhowl · 10/10/2005 16:21

Just read they have an ultra low rise which don't suit me

They don't look low rise though!

LadyTophamHatt · 10/10/2005 17:50

ultra low rise...

Ohhh noooooo!

spidermama · 10/10/2005 17:52

They are cut deliberately under the belly flab yes?
They actually push the post-baby belly flab up and over, IME. Not a good look.

LadyTophamHatt · 10/10/2005 17:54

just having a look around that site and found these.....I must be an old fart because they are the most ridiculously awful things I've ever seen

Blossomhowl · 10/10/2005 17:59

LadyTophamHat - god they are awful aren't they.

Thanks ladies I have decided I don't want them now as I hate the pushed over flab look so will give them a miss! Perhaps I need to go and shop somewhere sensible like Berketex

cupcakes · 10/10/2005 18:03

I have ultra low gap jeans and they don't push over my flab (which I absolutely have!). So long as they don't pinch in at the waist they could be ok. (But you do need longish tops!).
I think 'ultra low' is more just a trendy phrase than an accurate description.

spidermama · 10/10/2005 18:03

We're all headed for M&S and that's the grim truth.

cupcakes · 10/10/2005 18:03

LTH - omg, they are the stuff of nightmares. And £90 to boot!

Blossomhowl · 10/10/2005 18:04

Spidermama - I love Per Una but unfortunately cannot afford it

Just sitting in the bath thinking should I just get them and to hell with it!

OP posts:
motherpeculiar · 10/10/2005 19:51

do you mn in the bath?

[will go back to lurking now]

soapbox · 10/10/2005 19:54

I do like them - but low rise equates to muffin top look for me I'm afraid!

Blossomhowl · 10/10/2005 19:54

MP LOL

No I don't! Should have said I was just sitting in the bath....

phew. I was VERY worried about your laptop for a minute there. Computer, I mean (obviously). and about the possibility of you getting electrocuted when it fell in while you were dreaming of your skinny trousers.

did you get them then?
