Can anyone point me in the direction of some nice (but reasonably-priced) jeggings?

No i can't possible point to nice jeggings sorry.

Uniqlo (the stretchy denim type, rather than the jersey type). Super-strtchy, hold your tummy in, nice and long.

H&M do some good ones. I've got some slightly darker than mid-blue ones that look hardly any different from skinnies from the thigh down. They're also nice and long.

second vote for h&m, they've got several in spring summer catalogue, about 15 quid, look v nice (but i still don't understand what you wear on top, as presume they would cause serious camel toe??) and if you're wearing a long top over them, what's the advantage of normal skinny jeans?

CointreauVersial · 28/01/2011 20:29

Jeggings are better than skinnies if you are wearing a long top - not so bumpy round the waist/hips/arse.

But if you are wearing a short top, avoid unless you are under 14 (years, not the size).

I never thought I'd go anywhere near jeggings, but I second the Uniqlo recommendation - really comfortable, very flattering.

LadySanders · 28/01/2011 20:37

they had some velvety ones in uniqlo the other day when i popped in, they looked quite nice

ceebeegeebies · 28/01/2011 20:43

Thank you for the recommendations Smile

Absolutely will be wearing them with a (very) long top Grin

I have skinnies but want something that stretches with me (iyswim) and doesn't give me a muffin top!!

the advantage over skinny jeans (if you're wearing a long top) is that they're a heck of a lot more comfortable!

ceebeegeebies · 28/01/2011 20:57

Vesela exactly - I hate that feeling of jeans digging in to my (flabby) tummy Wink
