How do you stop a silk skirt sticking to your legs?!!

I have just bought a lovely silk dress. The skirt bit is a little bit above the knee but was going to wear with thick black tights. The trouble is, it's all static and sticks to my legs and rides up at the back.

I'd heard hairspray works but I've tried and it doesn't. Do you need loads? Or is there something else that works??

TIA!

p.s. Am supposed to be wearing the dress tomorrow!
