That aren't bloody pastel, white, grey, silver, beige, cream, pink, purple or blue!

A big branch of Boots does a gorgeous childrens wear range. Mini Mode, I think it is calle4d. Lovely modern bright patterns. Or H&M.

If money no object then definitely try Polarn O. Pyret (lovely colourful, patterned, stripey things)

Oh they were all from the boys range - I tend to completely ignore the girls stuff having 3 ds's!

KarenHL · 27/01/2011 21:08

Gossypium, and/or Frugi (welovefrugi.co.uk)

Sainsburys quite often used to have bright plain babygrows in more interesting colours, as long as you go to a shop with a big enough clothing range.

apple99 · 27/01/2011 21:49

here for plain bright colours.

nappyaddict · 27/01/2011 21:52

I can't find any babygros on there?

OP posts:
sparklyrainbow · 28/01/2011 09:36

M&S have some amongst all the white/pale blue etc. e.g. here

PassionKiss · 28/01/2011 09:41

Blue Zoo at Debenhams can be good. I have a three pack from there of pink and white stripes/ pink flowers on white - but the pink is a good strong pink, not sickly pink.

I got the cutest babygrows from Boots mini mode range - a three pack of purple/ mauve stripes and spots.

LooL00 · 28/01/2011 10:13

Sainsburys(Tu) have some really nice ones. The striped ones are in the girls section sometimes even though they are just striped red and white or navy an white. DC3 also has a fab dark purple one with a woodland design.

nappyaddict · 03/02/2011 12:31

I've managed to find one in Next and one in Debenhams. I can't believe there is such a gap in the market!

Haven't looked in Boots, H&M, M&S or GAP yet.

I've found some nice ones in Mothercare and Next recently - much better than the ones I bought my DD1 5 years ago.
