I am going to see my GP soon and try and get my skin complaint diagnosed, basically I think I have rosacea.

Am wondering if anyone else has it and what facial moisturisers they use ??

Currently I am trying a few different ones, mainly ones for sensitive skin but most seem to aggravate a little bit.

my friend with rosacea uses Pevonia products and although £££ feels they improve her skin.

TheSecondComing - I am in Madrid. I like to go "home" as much as possible but I haven´t been to the TC for a long time (clearly!) I am back next week for a few days so will try and squeeze in a trip. It would be a good time to call at Boots and check out the Clinique make-up mentioned earlier Grin

Babespain, I was trawling through mumsnet searching for advice on rosacea and spotted your post.
I am also prone to rosacea but discovered on hols in Lanzarote a product called Be+. www.bepluslab.com. They do various but I use the wash and mattifying moisturiser-(very lightly).
I have noticed an improvement and I am gutted coz we can't get it in Ireland.. Luckily we're heading over there at end of May so I will stock up.
Well, thought I'd let you know about it, could be worth trying. Good luck with everything.

I have suffered from Rosacea since a young age (early teens). Always got a red face at the slightest change in temp or humidty. Really sore around my nose and red. Last year it's had numerous breakouts afterf one reaction I had I tried to "fix" it without realising I the condition can cause this.

I've not started cleansing with oats but am trying to find a natural moisturiser.

Keep you diet and skincare products organic and natural. Unhealthy skin is a reflection of unhealthy insides. I used to suffer from bad rosacea but managed it by eating healthily and doing mild exercise. When you moisturise your skin go for natural, organic products. I use Mrs Frisbee's All Naturals Problem Skin Serum which has anti-inflammatory properties and safe enough to be used by anybody. I struggled to find a good moisturiser for years, but this stuff works wonders. They also do bespoke products too for people with skin issues.
