As per the title really, I turned 30 at the weekend and don't want to fritter away the money I was given on clothes or what not so I was thinking of a nice piece of jewellery. Amy suggestions for websites worth looking at? Am looking for something classic enough that I'll love for years to come, but a bit quirky/personal. I am browsing notonthehighstreet as we speak but any tips would be great!

What is your budget? Do you want silver or gold? Are we talking a necklace or bracelet or watch etc...

Ps: I like this sort of thing, and quite like the two tone effect...silver & gold type thing.

Sorry, I was quite unspecified really wasn't I. Max £150 ish, I tend to wear silver/white gold but do like accents if gold as well so happy to look at a mix. I like rose gold too. I was thinking maybe a ring?

I absolutely love Irish designer Alan Ardiff, have quite a few of his pieces.

Good old Alex Munroe (although mostly at the top of your budget...) www.alexmonroe.com/Shop-By-Collection-Classic/c49_56/index.html
