No, far too expensive I think. For the price you may as well have a proper surgical facelift. Apparently Titan is better than Thermage and alot cheaper at around £600 per treatment, (1-2 treatments required) I plan to treat myself with a Titan for my Birthday.

I have only seen before and after pics of Titan and Thermage. But from my extensive research, I believe it works best where skin laxity is not servere, so if you have lost lots of volume to your face then the results probably wouldn't be very dramatic.

With Facelifts, if you've lost volume too they can do a fat transfer, where they Lipo out some fat from bum or thighs and transfer to sunken areas. I expect that would last alot longer than having Fillers, mind you there are many different fillers. Sculptura, Aquamid and Bio Alcamid are Permanant fillers and may be used for loss of volume. I guess there are many options, so best to consult a professional.

OOOh, off to check out Titan. Its for heavy lids, caused by bloomin babies still not sleeping through at 18 months Angry

I'm going to have Perlane in my cheeks- like Restylane. They only need 1 mm per cheek.

When I yanked my face up to say "This is how I want to look" the dr said that instead of yanking it up, you can fill out- as long as you just need a little bit of help.

It's not a premanent filler- lasts about 9-12 months.

The other option for sagginess is Dermaroller.

Onedge, when I have my Titan done, I'm planning to go to The Tunbridge Wells Skin & Laser Clinic. They do a deal where you pay £56 annually and receive 30% off treatments, so I'll be pleased to receive £180 off the treatment.

Cabbageroses, does a Filler Facelift sometimes give that pillow effect that alot of the celebs are sporting at the mo?
