am really worried about what facials are safe- help!!

Hi all

I'm starting to panic , have just found out I'm pregnant & have been having a facial to clear acne that includes a short burst of high frequency waves. Has anybody else had it when pregnant & was your baby o.k. ??

They do advise against having that when pregnant but I suspect just having it done once unwittingly won't cause any major harm. I'd say don't have it again. The salon you went to shouldn't have carried out the treatment if they'd known you were pregnant.
