Hi everyone!

Could someone please point me in the direction of maternity clothes suitable for petite women?

It 7 years since I had DC but I used to get short length trousers from Next maternity who offered different lengths.

I am interested in replies to this question too! As well as Next, Mamas and Papas have short length maternity trousers.

I'm 11 years out of date but I got petite (lengthwise Grin) trousers from Mothercare and Dorothy Perkins.

I'm a size 6 or 8, and 5'3" and when I was pregnant with dd (now nearly 10 months), I found Next very good (order online, very poor selection in store), and also Gap. Mothercare never seemed to have anything in stock in smaller sizes. I had a pair of stretchy but smart black trousers from Next that I wore for work alot, earlier in the pregnancy I folded over the waistband, then later on pulled it up over the bump. Gap was great for jeans, and also nice tops.

My problem in general with clothes is that although I'm small, I'm in proportion, and alot of petite ranges just shorten the legs!

I used topshop for jeans (though think I hacked the hems off to fit). Stretchy work trousers from Next and the ruched tops from Isabella Oliver in a size 1. Sleeves were a bit long but my twin bump was well supported. Otherwise I just wore normal tops but sized up.

I think vertbaudet do petite in trousers, iirc(pg is a distant memory for me now).
