What accessories would you buy to brighten up your wardrobe?

That's it really. Have spotted some big hair cips I'm going to try out to try and brighten up my image a bit. I just wondered if there was anything in particular that might brighten up my knackered old (mainly beigey/neutral colours) jumpers while I save up for some new clothes

i always think great scarves, bags and shoes can make or break your look.

I have a fab new bag dp got me for Christmas, doesn't actually go with anything I own at the mo, but it's beautiful nonetheless

Never worn a scarf unless for going out in the cold, will investigate those...never sure how to wear them though so I don't look old lady-ish

& shoes...think I'll have to save for those as well, I'm currently wearing 3 year old boots because it's toooooooo cold to get my summer shoes out & I have loads of lovely summer shoes

Ooh, I like leopard print, I'll have a look in the morning when I go to town for my hair clips.

Maybe I ought to buy a mag & have a look what's about, then I might get some ideas before I go out. Or...better still.. dp is out with dd1, I'll get him to pick me one up.
