Job interview!!!!

Woo hoo!! I have a job interview this week, first one in years, and first one since DS was born 4 years ago so I have absolutely nothing for it. I need to get an interview outfit but am a little skint, 5 ft 3 and a size 18 now, a squishy 18...I just dont know what to wear Im afraid of looking like a fool.

Does any one have any hints, tips ideas????I would appreciate any help!!

Can't go wrong in a black trouser suit with a lovely colourful top and chunky jewellery. And wear heels, definitely. If it's for a jobwhere less formal clothes work best (e.g. childcare, teaching assistant,) I'd wear a patterned long top or lightweight long knitwear with plain trousers or dark jeans and boots.

Its an office job for a semi state body so important place but not an important role. Will be dealing with people from all walks of life so I imagine not too formal..

Definitely a suit for an office job. It's best to be extra smart at interview then relax the style a bit once you're in there. (Well that's the advice MN-ers gave me, and I got the job, so just passing it on.)
