fleece lined anorak (last years Boden) help with size please!

Just had said jacket delivered for DS, i have bought the 2-3yrs for my 2.9yr old and the sleeves fit but i wanted to know if it was meant to be a waist lenth coat or is it supposed to come past his hips? Not sure if it looks a little short on him, and cant get other size as it was in sale and none left.

My DS has one, and it comes just below his hips, but doesn't cover his bum.

Ah i see, i think thats the way it is with DS, will pop it back on him after he has finnished his snack and will doubel check.

I got age 3-4 for 22 month! He is big but fits ok, does cover his bum and have to turn the sleeves up once but hey least will last next year also! lovely warm coats.

Dd is a titchy 4, and the 5-6 looks right on her.

Well i have tried it on him and the sleeves are fine and the lenghth seems ok, but i dont no if its too snug around his body? Prob end up sending it back as it will bug me if i think its in the least bit unsuitable!
