Dermaroller and Collagen Boosters

Hi, I had a consultation today for IPL (for thread veins and sun damage) and collagen boosters. The practitioner recommended Dermaroller - I've never heard of it, but googled it today - anyone had it? It's really expensive so I'm considering going for botox instead (it's cheaper). Any advice would be great?

haven't had it but it was recommended at a consultation- but at £350 a pop and they suggested 3!

Yes, I had a read of some reviews. Apparently there are good rollers out there and they're very effective, but there are some that should only be done by a professional. The reviews are really good - did you get the rollers? I'm having the collegen boosters and the IPL to remove sun damage and thread veins - did you have any treatment following your consultation?
