Yes, it worked ok, just like any other hair dye.
The one on my hair at the moment was the cheapest one in superdrug . My hairdresser commented on how lovely and shiny it was.

I bought 2 packs from aldi once as I have long hair, and as they were running low on stock I bought one 'plum' and one 'brown' and mixed them. Turned out awesome.

I have used it properly as well, and it's fine.

Cool, thanks, will try them then. My hair is so thick I need 2 -3 packs of dye so it can be expensive but Aldis are £2.31!!! Thats so cheap. Going to try mixing the very red one with the warm brown and see what end up with. I am fairly easy with colour as long as its a shade somewhere between dark brown and bright red I'm happy!

Superdrug ones also look worth a try. £4.99 for 2 packs at moment.

Santos, I'm with you, it's so expensive that 2 packs of the 'brand' ones is not worth it imo.

I cut my own hair and colour my own hair and save a fortune doing so...but the grey is coming in so fast these days I'm buggered if paying £6-7 a pack for brand hair colour!

I always use Aldi's hair dyes. I'm allergic to most hair dyes (home and salon) and because I can't stand the thought of my grey hair showing I have to dye it Wink, these ones don't affect me though.

I've always found them very good, to be honest not much different to the more expensive brands in terms of coverage etc.

They always leave my hair lovely and shiney too.Grin
