I am really struggling to find a pair of shoes for a wedding, I know how good you lot are at finding stuff so am pleading for your help!!

I need a pair of grey/pewter satin shoes, not too high and preferably with a closed toe but not too bothered about that.

Have checked Debenhams, BHS, Dotty ps and a google search but drawing blanks so far!

Thanks in advance ladies!

Do you have time to get some dyed? Ballet dancing shops sell satin shoes which are designed to be comfortable.

There are a couple in Covent Garden.

I don't know. I have left it a little late because we were all meant to be having the same but that has now changed.

How long would that take do you know??

If you can't find something from this site I'll eat my wide-brimmed, maribou-feather-trimmed hat. It's a Chinese site, they rip off all the big designers of wedding dresses and eveningwear, and are superb. They are reliable, cheap and amazing craftmanship and decent materials, if you don't mind buying online. They come much recommended by the girls on the You and Your Wedding forum.

Get them in white and get them dyed by a local dance shop - should be pretty quick, a week turnaround would be about right.
