Hi,

I need some breastfeeding tops. Cheap is best! I'm SAHM so nothingy smart needed. I need to be able to order them online too so I can get it sent to my mum.

Any ideas? At the moment I'm wearing cardi and stretching an old singlet that I'm stretching each time DD needs to feed!

normal tops with a vest underneath work well. i have got some bf tops i bought in america but i find they aren't very discrete and i still need a pashmena/muslin etc.

mothercare? h and m might do some, they do maternity clothes. next?

after 3 babies and many different types of top I can concur with weasle and say that vest top with an ordinary top over it works best

i can never ever find the stupid hole in my expensive mothercare ones. the H&M ones leave me with rather more of my boob poking out of a hole than i'd like

just pop a vest underneath a regular top. pull normal top up and vest top down and you have your top layer to cover breast if necessary, and the bottom layer covers your tummy/side/back

it's perfect!

I used the same method with both my DS's. M&S did them for about £4 or £5 so you can get quite a few colours and they wash really well too.
