What is this Radley thing?

(Wasn't sure where to put this question!)
My MIL, for my birthday, has very kindly sent me a Radley thing. It is a suede disk, about an inch or so across, with the Radley dog on, attached to a bit of shiny metal about 3" or so long with a bent end. I can't figure out what it is or what it is for :) and the Radley website didn't help either...anybody?

So it is, have now found it on their website. Might have known it would be something peculiar - she must have noticed me flinging my bag down on the floor! Still a distinct improvement on last year's secondhand bedding set that didn't fit any beds in this house...
