Has anyone had this yet? came into effect last summer.
I have returned 3 dresses to Kew and the P&P was £5. I expect a full refund including P&P.
I know that White Stuff do this if you return all within 7 days.
it is now law due to distance selling laws, but Kew do not advertise this on the returns form.
I will call them but wondered if anyone had come across it.?
