ASOS delivery time

I ordered something a few days ago, using the cheapest delivery option. I immediately got an e-mail confirming the order, but have not yet had the dispatch e-mail. Is that usual?

Have just checked my emails as have done a few sale orders this week.
Two orders had confirmations of order and then despatch on the same day! Another order had confirmation on Wed and still no sign of despatch today.

I'm not worried though as in the past I know the free delivery option time can vary hugely.
