I am about to dye my hair-with no instructions.

I got fed up with my hair looking mousy brown and decided to use the dye I bought over a year ago.But both the box and instructions have disappeared.I have searched the internet and it is no longer available in the UK,but did find a rough idea of what you do and how long you leave it in for,from people who have reviewed the product.I'm not even sure what colour it is,other than some shade of red.Could be copper,could be cherry,who knows? I'll soon find out-here goes!

I usually find the instructions are all pretty similar no matter what you use. I dye my hair a lot and it tends to be a case of put the dye on, leave it for 25 minutes and wash it off. Whats the worst that can happen, if it looks awful stick a hat on and go and get a different dye with instructions.

It was Herbal Essences Fearless something.Well it is done,just waiting for it to dry now.It does look very red,but I love red hair so that isn't a problem.

newmum001,that was exactly my thinking,and I wear a hat outside nearly always between Oct-Feb,so if it is a big disaster few people will see it.

It is dry and very red indeed.Luckily I like it.However dh has come in from work and was in the same room as me for 40 minutes before he noticed.AND I told him I was planning to dye it before he left this morning.

Hahaha thats what my DP is like, Yay for red hair mines red too!!
