Does vein eraser cream work?

I've got a small cluster of broken veins on my left lower leg, not horrendous but it bothers me in summer. This site here has got buy one get one free atm, I'm wondering whether it's worth investing in some? Anyone tried it?

No the veins need to be cauterised by a laser or similar.
