Have just received some perfume I bought off Ebay. It smells AWFUL.Completely unwearable. Nothing like its supposed to smell or any other perfume for that matter. Its either faulty or a fake or both. Smells very "off".
What should I do? Am I entitled to my money back? I have bought perfume previously from Ebay and its been fine. Feel really let down.

Contact the seller and explain about the perfume smelling off and that you will return the perfume and would like your money back.

What sort of seller are they and what sort of feedback have they had before? (through past experiences on ebay I always check the feedback now when I'm buying anything). Are they a business or a private seller? If a business they might have a returns policy.

Good luck!

Not sure if they're a business seller. I did bid for the item. Their feedback was 100%. Will try what you've suggested.Thanks.

I had the same experience ages ago. To be honest they are probably trading in snide fragrances. Email them and give them a chance to comment/rectify. Then if nothing, give them a bad rating, tell Ebay and put it down to bad experience.
