I have a wonderful babyliss big hair thingy which is a christmas gift. My DH bought it for me in Boots for £45. It is overheating after about 3 uses and the brush is juddering too so it is faulty. But hey, guess what? We have lost the receipt. Are boots obliged to replace it - we know it will show up on the credit card bill. Does anyone know about such matters?
