My mum has brought me some knickers from m and s which are still in the packet but they are the wrong size and will be too big (not sure if my mums trying to tell me something)grrrrrr. Haven't opened the packet or anything but guessing they wont let me exchange them Sad

Underwear is usually excluded from the returns policyfor hygeine reasons.

Yes i knew it really was just hoping that if they were in a packet it might be possible as it hasn't been opened. Ah well they can be my bridget Jones pants!

I swapped some for a different size before Xmas, no problems.

I have returned and swapped pants from M&S before with no problems.

RoadCraftGuru · 04/01/2011 08:57

Shouldn't be a problem if packet is unopened.

dexter73 · 04/01/2011 08:58

Just looked at their returns policy and underwear isn't excluded, only bra accessories (whatever they are!).

NotInTheMood · 04/01/2011 11:58

Yes it is fine. Bra accessories is the polite version of tit tape and similar.

worththewait · 04/01/2011 13:15

hi may give you a exchange note

HighlandTea · 04/01/2011 19:20

I returned a bra and pants set to m&s a few months ago, expected to be told I could only return bra but they said no problem and gave me my money back

doughnutty · 04/01/2011 19:29

The only exclusions to M&S refunds are toiletries and the like (in case they've been tampered with) and bra accessories as Ruddynorah says.
As long as they are in a 're-saleable' condition you should be fine. But if you don't have a receipt you'll only get the current selling price on a credit voucher.
Hope they've not gone in the sale Smile
