Is it a maybelline one?

I bought a No7 one recently and it is shite.

I'm sure people have talked about a v good, low price one on here.

I was going to say the clinique one that doesn't come off. But it's £15 so probably not what you are after.

aristomache · 03/01/2011 22:09

is it lash stylist? I had it once and it was brilliant

lostinwales · 03/01/2011 22:11

I have the Clinique one that doesn't come off, it may be pricey but it's the only one that doesn't make me look like a zombie an hour after I use it. It's brilliant though because I can use it as a little bit for day to day, or slather it on for a really dramatic look, I couldn't be without it.

pointydog · 03/01/2011 22:13

i should search. I'm sure there was a thread fairly recently where a few people said how good a cheapish mascara was. And it was a brand that I can get in a nearby boots.

No, not clinique.

The only one I've had that doesn't run is a Bobbi Brown every day one. strangely, the waterproof one runs terribly.

pointydog · 03/01/2011 22:17

You know, I don;t think I have ever had a mascara that has run.

Do you mean in the rain?

It was my thread! I just had a look and it was Max factor Masterpiece that a few people recommended.

In fact, a friend going to the US brought me back a Sephora mascara taster kit as a gift - 12 different mascaras in trial sizes. I am working through them all, but so far like Josie Maran GoGo Argan mascara the best. Which doesn't seem to be available here. Typical!

(Search for threads started by me in november for lots more tips. I can't do links, sorry)

No. By the end of the morning,I usually look like i have too black eyes. This Bobboe Brown one is different because it seems to put something like a plastic coat of mascara on.

I and two

The Maybelline Great Lash mascara (£4.99) is very good, doesn't clump and isn't all wierd and fibrous.

I think that mascara runs more for some than others, I've never had a problem with it, but I have a friend that always looks panda-ish ater a few hours no matter what she wears.

pointydog · 03/01/2011 22:22

Max factor masterpirce - thank you Grin.

Just the natural water in your eyes then, puff?

IMO the maybelline green an pink one is rubbish sorry it doesn't make my lashes longer or thicker.

I touch my face a lot, rub my eyes, etc, which is why I need waterproof.

pointydog · 03/01/2011 22:30

is the green and pink one Great Lash?
