Babyliss Big Hair - Technique for Soft Curls/Waves??

Hey ladies - used my Big Hair for the first time this evening.

I normally have fine (but lots of it) shoulder length curly/wavy hair. The Big Hair straightened my hair no bother but think I actually prefer myself with wavy/curly hair.

For those that do it, what is your technique for creating soft curls with it. Which way do you rotate it?
