2 on the website, scoop neck or V-neck. They look beautiful and comfortable, but all reviews tend to be from standard or smaller sizes. I am a curvy 16 with a wobbly (post 2 dcs in 2yrs!) tummy. Any larger ladies tried this dress and can recommend?

Am keeping an eye out for their sale starting - soon do you know? I am very s-l-o-w-l-y starting to revitalise myself to look less slobby with a toddler and baby. Am thinking a forgiving dress, boots and a cardigan will be a good start for work clothing. Any other recommendations for similar dresses (pref jersey fabric) appreciated!

I have one of the v-neck summer ones in the sale. I am an 18 with 36J norks and it fits lovely - think it was a 16 as they only go up to that.

Best 45 quid spent this year. I look curvy and demure and sexy in it. My dh calls it my sexy librarian dress. What I particularly like about them is that there is a good 'swish' in the skirt, they are not cut meanly.

I had the v necked one when I was size 16 (but a size 14 fitted me as they arte generous and stretchy) It was very flattering, emphasised boobs in nice way and skimmed over tummy. I sold that one on ebay when I'd dieted and got 1/2 price back for it, was then fortunate enough to be able to buy a size 10 on ebay for less. As you can imagine I just love this dress, and will probably buy another next winter if they repeat it a third season. Forgot to say - this dress machine washes like a dream and does not crease much so needs minimal ironing.

Sign up for emails, I think they sometimes send out early sale access to some of the people on their mailing list. AFAIK it is fairly random though.

The girls in the shops wear them and they are all about 20 and look like Keira Knightley. I think ironically, that dresses like that make oldies look frumpy but young and lovely look sexy.

I am middle aged and would not wear one.

My MIL has one, she is 60, size 16, and very curvy in a glamorous way. She wears with big belt and biker boots and somehow looks cool.

No no no. Don't do this to yourself unless you are at least of retirement age or you desperately want your DH to run off with a younger and more glamorous woman (in which case, fire ahead ).

I am 54 and wear mine with a vintage cashmere cardigan, I get lots of compliments and think it looks good on me. Being glamorous is about more than the dress you are wearing.
