need to walk to restaurant. what do i wear?

its cold, and snow outside, obviously. so i want to wear my uggs as i can keep warm and not fall over in them. whichmeans i have to wear either leggings, which i dont want to wear. currently i am bundled up in a great big jumper. what do i wear to go to this meal. completely no idea.
oh, and i need to try to look glam, so uggs are no no.

faux fur....anything.....to be glam, and uggs will be fine. Just accessorise well.

I'd just take normal shoes to change into and wear my normal outfit with boots until I got there.

wear cardis then you can take them off when you get there

On saturday night I had a christmas do at a pub and we have had a good few inches of snow. I decided to wear my walking boots with thick socks (I was already wearing leggings and a chiffon tunic dress) and took my heeled shoe boots in a small backpac and hiked up there!

Walk in Uggs, heels in your coat pocket.
