Help!! Nearly died this morning!! Went to check for any stray eyebrow hair in my big mirror and , horror of horrors!!, I found a grey one- must have sprouted overnight! I swear it wasnt there 2 days ago!! Right there, fully grown, in the middle!! Tweezed it straight away, but now panicking- what if all the others follow suit overnight?
(Mental note: best check other -private -areas too!!)

Soo need advice re eyebrow tint, please, anybody.
Who does it/how often/ do they cover greys etc?????????????????? Any disasters?? Am complete novice....

Thanks guys

I have my brows tinted, it takes about 15 mins, usually under a tenner, last about a month or so.; It is very good and go for it if the little greys get out of control. I get mine tinted because I am fair and have my hair dark. HTH

Hey polarfox

Bless.

Give a salon a call & ask them to do a patch test for your tint. You need to get this done at least 24hrs before they tint you to make sure you do not react to the tint. Even if you get your hair coloured, reactions to products can occur at any time.

Ive been in the beauty industry for years & I have never seen a reaction but I will never tint without patch testing first.

If you only have a few lighter hairs, you can have them picked out & tinted so that te rest of your brows dont go too dark

Best thing I ever did was getting my eyebrows tinted and threaded as I had very fair eyebrows that you could hardly see.

A salon is probably best for a speedy solution this time, but salons generally recommend you have it done every 4-6 weeks. This works out to be really expensive. So I looked at home kits in Boots which I think were about £8 and do about 6 treatments. It is so, so easy to do and sooo much cheaper! I do my lashes aswell.

I have trained as a beauty therapist but honestly anyone could do this at home and yes always do a patch test first.

Test I will do, and though I could with a beautician doing it, nobody can- understandably- fit me in, so quick dash to Boots it is...

Thanks guys!

Do it yourself! Buy a eyelash dye kit (not on black, too harsh) and hey presto. its about £7 for a kit and you get loads of applications
