Which moisturiser for dry winter skin?

I have sensitive skin which is prone to redness all year round, I usually use Elemis Pro collagen marine cream which is good but not rich or moisturising enough for this winter weather that we're having and my skin feels really tight. Can anyone recommend me a good day and night cream?

For the last couple of weeks i've been using pure shea butter on my face at bedtime and it feels lovely but is obviously to greasy to use in the day.

Neutrogena or, as you seem to have a high budget, Roc. Just get their richest day cream, or wear a night cream during the day.

Kiehl's , the one they used on the mountaineers. amazing. light too as i have oily skin with dry patches..does not make or look greasier at all.

I use Elemis pro collagen in the summer, but in the winter I move back to Creme de la Mer.
