help me devise a last-minute change of plan

So, it's my works Christmas lunch tomorrow, it's out in the country. Not formal. I had planned to wear my lovely svelte new frock, sleeveless, low-cut, with a wee bolero cardi and suede heels. But it's baltic out there, snow and ice, so I need to think of something else.

I've got this in the wardrobe.

With black trousers. What do you reckon?

1. Over black cashmere polo neck.
2. Over grey scoopneck body.
3. Over black scoopneck body.
4. Give up and wear a suit.

Please please help!

Can you not wear it with a skirt and boots, instead of black trousers though?

Thanks all - I went with tethers in the [bell] end. I liked the idea of skirt and boots with no.2 , but none went. Or if I'd had skinny trousers - my black flannel sailor trousers looked stupid with it, my more tailored work ones are too narrow to go over boots but billowy on the thingh to tuck in without loooking like a Cossack.

So I wore the dress over a black body and it was fine - not perfect, but fine.
