How can you find out how much Chanel handbags are?

The website doesn't give prices, the store doesn't give prices over the phone! So short of trekking in person to London does anyone know how much the classic 2.55 is? I know there is a small , medium and large.

The small one starts at around £1200.
The large is about £2500 for the classic black leather.
How ridiculous they don't give the price over the phone!

The medium last year was around £1300 - if you can sensibly afford it I cannot say enough how fab and versatile (and heirloom piece) it is! They are not always easy to get around Xmas time though.

And they don't do discounting either, so don't bother waiting for the sale - there won't be one!

They haven't got them on the Harrods site, they do every other bag I can think of though.

I went to the Chanel in Bond Street many many years ago for some Vamp Nail Polish, I still have the carrier bag.

You can buy them duty free though...

never seen chanel duty free..! Makeup yeah but never bags..

I guess chanel only advertising prices to those who get into a store allow them to keep the brand as elite. Imo anyway. I do also prefer the fact that like lv they never have sales. Again keep the brand as it should be.

Love their bags though, trying to see if dh can treat me for christmas .
