Is the Naf Naf label just that (naff) or is it a kind of cheap chic? I see they do clothes for children as well as women. What do you think of their stuff?

I like it! It's sort of cheap chic, IMO.

Lonelymum · 28/09/2005 14:41

For women or for children or for both?

It's for kids? I've only seen it for women.

Lonelymum · 28/09/2005 14:45

Exactly! I didn't realise either. Yes a local shop has stuff for kids too. It seems quite nice (boys stuff is not all horrible pictures and dark colours) but I don't know if it will last.

i think its naff for adults but not kids

nailpolish · 28/09/2005 14:46

thats my opinion though

expatinscotland · 28/09/2005 14:47

Well if it looks good, why not try it? Who cares if others think it's not the height of fashion - that's exactly when something is indeed stylish! Bravery is essential to style, in fact.

Lonelymum · 28/09/2005 14:48

I want to know it will last as I have three boys and usually pass things down.

I think it is a good make, I remember having some Naf Naf T-shirts years ago ( about 14 years ago when I was a student) and they were long lasting and washed v well but haven't really seen brand too much since...

mummytosteven · 28/09/2005 19:41

Naf Naf has been around since I was a kid, when it was really, really trendy!

myalias · 29/09/2005 11:33

Naf Naf was a hip label for adults late 80's - early 90's. QS stores have recently started selling this brand for children. It's really good quality and washes well. Both my boys aged 4 and 9 wear some of the range and they have had a few comments that they look nice and wear did I buy it from. I bought a t-shirt and co-ordinating shorts in the summer for my youngest for just £6.00.

myalias · 29/09/2005 11:34

Also agree with nailpolish

Lonelymum · 29/09/2005 11:46

Thanks for your comments. Seems to be the concensus that it is OK for kids and will last OK.
