Braces (the kind for trousers)

So, I've got 2 months to go til the arrival of dd2. My two pairs of work trousers both fall down as they're under-bump style and my bump has a kind of 90-degree shelf at the bottom where it sticks out.

Would I get laughed out of the building for wearing clip-on braces? Blush Does such a thing actually exist in grown-lady-with-huge-tummy size? I know there's the stereotype of enormously fat city types with red braces but they're the stitch on kind.

I can't really justify buying another pair of trollies just for a couple of months...

I got a pair from Tie Rack to hold up my mat jeans - don't look great and a bit awkward to fit in with the rest of the outfit but they definitely do the trick!

Try having a look at Belly Ups (on ebay). I've got some and found them fantastic!

loads of that kind of thing in claire's accessories, or any other teen girl type accessory shop

Those belly up things look ingenious though the metal might be a bit cold on the skin at the mo! Madre, will give Claire's a look, hadn't thought of them.
