Boden sale delivery

Was sent an email on Thursday saying despatched- nothing here yet- and I don't live that far from warehouse in Leicester- straight down the M1! and we have no snow.

Ditto pacels from Amazon. anyone else?

is it coming via royal mail or hdnl? hdnl seems to be fairly fast (think has to be within 72 hours) but royal mail are so slow.
I am waiting over 2 weeks for a royal mail boden delivery and ebay parcels well over a week now.

Had sale stuff via HDNL within 3 days. Still waiting for an item I bought full price 2 weeks before sent via Royal Mail.

If it was sent via Royal Mail, Boden's website says that they're having longer delivery times than expected. I'm waiting for stuff that was despatched via Royal Mail on Friday, but I received things that were despatched early Fri morning on Monday via HDNL.

Generally I have found that HDNL deliver the boxes or more expensive orders - they usually arrive within a couple of days. Everything else is by pigeonpost Royal Mail.

I've just received a parcel which was sent on 2nd December today. However my sale order which I placed last Thursday arrived on Saturday by HDNL (I would have preferred this to have arrived during the week so that I could sneak past hubby!!)

Have had Boden deliveries yesterday from order placed thursday night.
Still waiting for some Amazon stuff,plus a toy from Amazon marketplace seller.
My Boden was HDNL,Purple.

Placed sale order Thursday arrived Monday.

Ordered item 10 weeks ago (full price and I knew it was out of stock). Dispatched last Tuesday and still waiting.

In France no sign as yet - usually here in 4 days (dispatched last Friday am) - crossing my fingers it arrives for Christmas as includes long awaited top for DD plus sweater for DH!

Grrrr at Boden Customer Services.
Just rang to ask about a coat I bought for dd on Friday 10th - not had an email about despatch. 'Edward' tells me that the coat 'won't be coming out as it was probably low stock'. Well, it wasn't 'low stock' when I ordered it. An email to let me know would have been nice.
Plus, neither of my other two sale orders, made on Thurs and Fri and both despatched via HDNL have arrived yet. Grrrr again.

Placed order Friday night (sale stuff) and arrived Monday - possibly HDNL, wasn't in when it arrived. No complaints here!

I ordered the denim mini - fitted nicely on waist but was vast around the hips, and a stitch cardigan that was also huge and boxy. I thought Boden sizing was quite small but it seems not!

Phoned B and now told it can take up to 10 w days due to RM backlog- hopeless.

Now 7 working days and no parcel.

sale items within a couple of days. Something sent RM took the full 10 w days was about to ring Boden to claim refund and it turned up at 5pm on th 10th day

Lots of people seem to have bad experiences with HDNL but I can only praise them. They have always delivered on time and on occasion when I have been out during the day they have come back again the same evening to see if I am back. I love them!

I ordered last Thursday evening from Boden. E-mail said it was dispatched on Monday, but no sign of it yet - am in Northern Ireland. Have also ordered from Amazon and things dispatched from them around Wednesday, so not expecting to see them for a few days yet.

I ordered last Thursday, it was despatched Friday, I received it on Tuesday. I'm in Germany.
