to be perfectly honest gg I ahve NO IDEA

teen clothes a total mystery to me

I hold stuff up for my d that I think she will love and she scoffs 'Why???'

Why not just get Zara voucher and be done with it

brimfull · 13/12/2010 23:06

hmm think she would scoff at that
good idea about zara though
maybe just get her summat there she can take back if its wrong

Would try River Island, thats usually popular with that age group. And as long as you get a gift receipt she'll be able to exchange after Xmas if need be. Good luck, hoep you find something!

BrandyButterPie · 13/12/2010 23:15

What kind of music does she like?

brimfull · 13/12/2010 23:20

music-hmm not sure
have just asked her -she's wondering wtf i'm doing
she said 'i like everything' ..very helpful

thanks

beautyguru-tbh RI she doesn't like much ,she's def a topshop girl but I got no inspiration when i popped in there the other day

What kind of thing does she normally wear - is she a fake tan and hair extensions kind of girl, or docs and a black band hoodie, or something inbetween?

FiveOrangePips · 14/12/2010 00:18

Does she like Urban Outfitters? They have some quirky stuff that I think would appeal to 18 yr olds (but I am ancient so it might be wide of the mark). I bought some silly gifts out of there for an 18 yr old recently.

brimfull · 14/12/2010 20:47

BrandyButterPie -def not a fake tan and hair extensions girl and not a hoodie gal either, she likes fashion so def in between those two.

fiveorangepips-yes she likes urbanoutfitters ,not one of those around here but if they could deliver in time??

MrToad · 14/12/2010 20:55

How about a topshop voucher so she can choose something herself?

brimfull · 14/12/2010 21:10

yeh suppose that would be ok but ideally I want to give her somthing to open on xmas morning ,she can take back if it's wrong so essentially she can get what she really wants anyway. Am I making sense?

FiveOrangePips · 14/12/2010 22:35

joy might be a good alternative, if it is local... I live away from civilisation but we still have a Joy, nearest Urban Outfitters is over 100 miles away from me, we are weeks from everywhere when it comes to deliveries!

FiveOrangePips · 14/12/2010 22:41

pretty

scurryfunge · 14/12/2010 22:41
