I am so furious with this fucking rip off merchant I cannot even talk

Their clothes are shit quality

Their clothes are not designer. They are at best by a design student

Their clothes are over priced

And their staff are scripted little robotic pricks

All Saints annoys me - some of their garments are so unintuitive to wear that you would nearly need instructions and diagrams to get dressed. Confused

i went in all saints recently with dh and nearly bought a coat but thought very expensive for the quality really. sorry to hear about their poor customer service. (while we were in there dh said 'so this is where tim burton and helena bonham carter shop' lol)

mummydarlingsausage · 14/12/2010 15:11

even if they are within their rights to only offer a credit note it is surely to their detriment. i would be very reluctant to buy from somewhere that didn't offer a no quibbles refund on unworn goods. no wonder our nearest store is always empty.

i do or rather did love the stuff and have been guilty of a few purchases in the past..however have now come to senses...£85 for a t-shirt?? (ok...i sourced that one on eBay and got for a bargain) Admittedly some of the stuff is very unique, quirky designs but there's also some complete tat. And the quality of ALL of it is no difference from Primark, Peacocks etc. You are just paying for a name. Why????!
In fact Primark started doing some amazing copies of AS t-shirts and for £4 a time! says it all really.
I had a student discount for a big department store and the store said yes discount on ALL ranges. So i grabbed the AS top i'd been lusting after and went to the till. Oh no said the snooty overly madeup assistant...all ranges EXCEPT All Saints.
WTF??! they think they're superior to Kurt Geiger and the likes??! i boycotted after that.

LadyBlahBlah if it were me, I would phone up and speak with manager, and if that got me nowhere I would demand to speak to the area manager and then head office. Just keep going up the chain, I would explain you did not feel it was worth £250/£200 and you want your money back.

Go to the local press if all else fails... no retailer one wants bad PR this time of year.

thenightsky · 14/12/2010 18:52

Definitely primark after a fire

LadyBlaBlah · 14/12/2010 20:02

You ain't wrong there thenightsky.

£180 for that rag

It ain't cool whatever they claim
