Can anyone recommend winterproof pump?

Doesn't need to be snowproof, but something that won't suck up the wetness on damp days. If not a pump, then something kind of delicate, to wear with trousers and skirts. Any ideas welcome.

Oh dear ... I gave up on this "winterproof but fashionable" shoe idea some time ago. I wear wellies into work, then change once I get there. I can do this because I work in an office - not so great if you're a district nurse or a delivery van driver ...

Having said that, I got these from Land's End and they are quite robust. Worth a neb at their other styles too, depends on the balance you want between "delicate" and robust.

Land's End ones look lovely, might see if I can get the navy ones. Thanks.
