superdry sizing help for ds please

trying to buy a superdry jacket online for ds1 for xmas.
He is 15 , nearly 6ft and skinny.
what are the sizes like? would large be ok do you think ?

I think the sizes are small, is there an extra large ? I know my 12 year old nephew has a medium jacket. He's quite tall for his age but not massively so.
