i'm wondering the same, but my shoes are red. might just go bared legged? can you do that?

MegGriffin · 11/12/2010 12:46

Oh dear, I don't know what to do. south, my legs are like milk bottles so there is no way I could go bare legged and being less than cluless would not want to advise Xmas Blush.
Please someone out there must know what to do, help!

As no one knows the answer to this dilema I will probably wear whatever I can find in my drawer and hope everyone is too drunk to notice (or it's too dark)Xmas Smile

Dunno how long three-quarters length is, but if you have great legs and knees (if showing!) then nude is fine. Go for black and inc opaque depending how good your legs/knees are. IMHOSmile

The dress goes half way down my calf so quite long. I guess you can't see much leg so prob does not matter. I just didn't want to look like someone from the 80's, top to tail in black (unless that's the done thing)Confused.

What colour are the shoes you will be wearing? Presume they are not open-toed?

I'd never normally siggest neutral tights but as the dress is three-quarter length they will look fine. Either that or a very fine 10-denier black.

I am going out too.
I think I am wearing a black dress. I have black heels which I think are a bit to mumsy. I also have some awesome blue stilettos.
Can I do blue and black? I was thinking opaque tights.
If that doesnt work then it is boring jeans.

FaffTastic · 11/12/2010 17:28

HTS - will you be wearing black opaque tights or neutral ones with the blue shoes?

If black tights, it depends on the shade of blue to be honest. Have you tried them on yet to see if they go?

HowsTheSerenity · 11/12/2010 17:29

dark sea greeny blue.
probably dark tights as they are warmer
