Is it usually a bit useless. Just register and thought I'd placed an order and confirmed payment details but then got an error page. It isn't showing under Order History(error page again)nor have we had confirmation email yet.

Which website? I buy them from Running bare and have never had any problems.

Buy them through Boots and get Advantage Card points aswell!

I bought mine this time last year from Running Bare and got 15% off because it was my first order.

Problem solved ! Emailed customer services had a very prompt reply and just ordered over the phone. :)
